Dear Ones,
Below is the wonderful text I received from Becky Reif earlier this week. It’s the main reason why Ps 62 is on the radar screen for our worship flow FRI 17th! Since her text, we’ve actually been deeply resting in Psalms 61-64. Below, I’m also including my text response and prayer for Becky which I sent back to her. Reading and praying over this will be a good way for each of you to prepare to join us in person or spirit! Kim and I are weary, but no longer struggling with heavy colds. Thank You Jesus! We SO look forward to meeting with Him and with many of you Friday at CLC, 630-830; and/or Sunday groups here the 19th, 830 am or 630pm.
FRI night plan:
6-615 Sound checks and setup
620-630 Prayers
630-7 Miriam Bandfield music flow with Speights/Intercessors
7-730 Jeff Schnieders music flow w/Speights/Intercessors

(Becky’s text to me):
“Hello Pastor Speight.. the 17th, Fri. I’ll be having cataract surgery. It’s in the aft. So I’m not thinking I’ll be at our awakening.I had an experience recently where the Lord brought incredible peace to me. I was still, quiet, listening. I saw all of us plus more people in your house…both rooms packed. We were all standing with arms raised up toward the Lord, & crying out to the Lord. It was for our needs but could also be other problems. You were in the living room. Heard: “I shall not be, I shall not be moved”
(My text back to Becky):
“Awesome. Thank You Jesus! Thank you Becky! Kim and I will pray for you, especially from Psalm 62–where it literally says “I shall not be moved.” Lord, we pray complete healing for Becky, and along the way, safe in Your Arms, Becky shall not be moved, in Jesus’ name!”
Kim and I are now praying Ps 61-64 for all of you, the Body of Christ, and our nation as we approach Inauguration Day the 20th! Join us!
Psalms 62:5-8 NKJV
[5] My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. [6] He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. [7] In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God. [8] Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah
